I just signed up and I am unable to login
A: it can take up
to 15 minutes for the username to propogate on our server, please allow
it this time. If you have given it this time please check to make sure
you have received a confirmation e mail. The confirmation e mail might
be in your spam/bulk/trash or deleted items folder. Comcast, AOL and a
few other ISPS's will not allow any of our e mails in due to their spam
filters, in this case please create a ticket
here.

My password is not working, but I'm sure my membership hasn't expired!
A:Please verify you are typing in your username and password exactly
how it appears in your confirmation e mail. Our site is cAsE sEnSiTiVe.

I can't view any pictures and videos.
A: A: Symantec's Norton Firewall has been known to cause problems
while trying to view content on Linux based servers running an anti-hotlinking
script like the one on our sites. Please disable this function while browsing
the member's areas and this should solve the problem.

I downloaded video, but it is not playing.
A: Please
make sure you have latest DIVX video codec and latest Windows Media
Player. You can download them free from

I can't view any content. I see Red "X" instead of pictures.
Please turn off your Firewall or change your Firewall settings for our
websites while browsing the members area. Some new Firewall software is
not working properly with general Linux server anti-hotlinking security
module, that we use in our members area.
Be assured that there is nothing dangerous in the members area and you
can feel safe without Firewall.
Q: I can't download videos.
To download video, please, click your right mouse button on video and
choose "save target as". Download clip to your harddrive and then open
it using Windows Media or your favorite player. FreshDevices.com
- Look for "Fresh Dowload" it is a 100% free download utility that allows
for resume on stopped downloads
